Ingredients: Salt, sucrose, dextrose, fennel, black pepper, garlic. Antioxidants: Sodium ascorbate (E301), Sodium citrate (E331). Preservatives: Potassium nitrate (E252). HOW TO USE: 2170 g for 110 lbs of meat dough. Recommended indicative quantities that need to be verified for each individual technology process. The product is complete with salt.
