The MX 5 is the largest model available in the MX Series. It includes all innovative 5-in-1 MX features and is ideal for batch operations and foods with large volumes. The pop-out seal bars can be reconfigured based on the needs of the operation of bag sealing. The chamber depth and width also enable full-size hotel pans to be processed back-to-back for time-saving rapid marination and rapid infusions.
