Coppa is a savory Italian spice blend used to cure coppa, a traditional dry-aged pork cut. Featuring salt, black pepper, garlic, paprika, and aromatic herbs that create the signature rich, slightly spicy flavor of classic Italian charcuterie.

4.4 lbs BAG Powder mixture indicated for the processing of chopped and fresh sausages. Soft beige white powder with very fine granulation dark spots. The aroma is pleasantly spicy, slightly pungent. Ingredients: Salt, sucrose, dextrose. Antioxidants: sodium ascorbate (E301) Preservatives: potassium nitrate (E252) HOW TO USE: 2000 g per 110 lbs of meat dough. Recommended indicative quantities that need to be verified for each individual technology process. The product is complete with salt.
