Prosciutto Base 3.3 lbs BAG Powder mixture indicated for the processing of chopped and fresh sausages. Soft beige white powder with very fine granulation dark spots. The aroma is pleasantly spicy, slightly pungent. Ingredients: Salt, sucrose, dextrose. Antioxidants: sodium ascorbate (E301) Preservatives: potassium nitrate (E252) HOW TO USE: 2500 g per 110 lbs of meat. Recommended indicative quantities that need to be verified for each individual technology process. The product is complete with salt.
